Client:   Affirmative Ventures (Not for Profit)
Location:   139 Main Street, Dartmouth, HRM
Approach:   Re-designation of as-of-right density, height and uses to increase ROI significantly to permit 7 storey 55 unit mixed use building with 4,790 sq. ft of ground floor commercial or office. Construction to begin in summer of 2017.
